What kind of warranty do you provide?
Our EnergE-Bikes are under warranty for 6 months including all parts and labor. Brake pads, tires and inner tire tubes are warranted only against manufacturing defects for 30 days. Why lithium-ion batteries?
Lithium-ion batteries can be charged early and often which is actually an advantage to the daily rider. The battery can be removed from the e-bike and charged overnight. They weigh less than lead-acid batteries and provide more power.
Are there any drawbacks to lithium-ion batteries?
In very cold weather lithium batteries do not hold their charge as long or produce as much power as they do in more moderate temperatures. However, lithium batteries have no memory and can be charged whenever, for however long, and can be charged up to 500 times.
What happens if something on my e-bike breaks?

Do your e-bikes meet U.S. standards?
All of our e-bikes meet the requirements and standards of both the U.S. Consumer Protection Safety Commission and the Underwriters Laboratory.
Why should I choose to buy from EnergE-Bikes over other e-bike providers?
We are in direct contact with the manufacturer and visit the factory frequently. Since we live in your area, we are available to personally to help you with your e-bike experience.
What differentiates an e-bike from a normal bike in the eyes of the law?
Even though an e-bike closely resembles a regular bike, there are still legal differences. California state law requires that every rider must wear a helmet and that all riders must be 16 years of age or older. Washington and California state laws regarding e-bikes are very similar. In Wisconsin, riders must have a valid driver's license. It's also worth noting that e-bikes are not permitted on certain bike paths with the electric motor engaged. Local statues and laws concerning e-bikes may vary.

Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
Shipping costs are $79 dollars for shipping to the lower 48 only, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and internationally is currently unavailable. Madison WI and Pacific Grove California have free delivery.
